1. Processing & Delivery Time

We process and ship orders within the following timeframes:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the United States
  • Minimum Order Requirement: None

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including:

  • Residential and commercial addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • The email will include a tracking number and tracking link
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active

5. Shipping Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PetsWithStyles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivered but Not Received:
    If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
