1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at support@petswithstyles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, Pets With Styles will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.

4. CUSTOMER REMORSE (CHANGE OF MIND)

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

5. FEES AND CHARGES

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the full product price (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable).

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
