Thank you for choosing Pets With Styles. We are committed to providing a clear, fair, and hassle-free return and refund experience for our customers. This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
Pets With Styles offers a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be intact.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Labels
- Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items: Pets With Styles will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In original packaging.
- Free from damage, stains, pet hair, or signs of use. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Restocking Fees
Pets With Styles does not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need a different size or color for a “Change of Mind” reason, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
International Orders
Pets With Styles currently accepts orders within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the USA are not accepted at this time.
